This payment policy applies to all orders at Pleassy in our markets: Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland.

1. Accepted payment methods

For a safe and easy shopping experience, we accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due immediately upon completing the order
Orders will only be processed and shipped after successful receipt of payment
Failed or canceled payment means that the order is not confirmed. In that case, we ask you to place the order again or choose another payment method

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR €) for all three of our markets: Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland.

Pleassy uses SSL encryption and certified payment service providers to protect your payment information
Your credit card or payment details are not stored by us

Refunds are processed according to our return and refund policy
Refunds are issued in euros (EUR)
In case of payment issues or uncertainties, we ask you to first contact our customer service before a chargeback is filed

Do you need an invoice? Send an email to support@pleassy.com with your order number and we will prepare the invoice for you immediately.

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to review, cancel, or temporarily hold orders if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.
